In the judgment, it has been said that Imran Khan did not disclose the details of the gifts in the statements, and the former prime minister did not disclose the details of the money earned from the sale of gifts.


In the decision of the District Sessions Court of Islamabad, it was said that Imran Khan was guilty of violating Section 174 of the Election Act, and the complaint against the former Prime Minister is accepted for a regular hearing.


The written judgment said that Imran Khan should appear in person for the trial on January 9.
